Leader Oeste is a private non-profit association created in 1994 and based in Cadaval, Lisbon, NUTS III West region. It is an organization whose social object is, briefly, to carry out actions of dynamization towards the local development of the more rural parishes of the West region. In this sense, the work developed by this organization has been focused on the implementation of social, cultural and economic projects that privilege the actors of the local rural environment of the West.
