Description
The University of West Attica is the third larger university academic institution in Greece; it was established in 2018 through the merger of the Athens and the Pireaus Universities of Applied Sciences and is supervised by the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs. It is a self-governed, multi-disciplinary, legal body of public law, based at Aigaleo, a suburb 15 min. outside Athens.
