COMPASS is a non-profit private company established in Innsbruck/Austria with an intercultural focus to promote social, economic, and cultural integration of migrants and refugees. To achieve its organisation goal, Compass implements a range of local, regional, and national activities and EU projects aimed at adults and youngsters having disadvantaged background. • Language courses and digital courses for disadvantaged groups • Vocational and educational counselling for disadvantaged groups • Vocational trainings for disadvantaged youngsters that have been framed considering the demands in the employment field in the Tyrol region and target groups’ needs and learning styles. • Cultural and social events bringing together people from disadvantaged groups and people from local community to create acculturation among different groups. • Implementing EU projects
