On the 15th of September 2021, we organized a study visit to Edu Compass Foundation, winner organization of 2020's Call for good practices in the category of Inclusive Employment. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to delay this activity, but we could finally host it safetly on a hybrid format, due to still current travelling restrictions at the time. We counted with the participation of Fundació Gentis, The Opportunity Center (Aspire Igen Group) and Acción contra el Hambre.
During this study visit we got to exchange different approaches towards youth counselling and employment with a strong gender approach.
The winner practice, My Career path was shared and demonstrated through the use of the different materials design to accompany youth from vulneable groups to reflect on their passions and talents. A very inspiring juorney towards making career decisions based on real interests and skills, focusing on youth inspiration and empowerment.
