AEIDL (European Association for Innovation in Local Development)

What is Social Innovation?

Social innovation aims to tackle Social (and increasingly environmental) challenges, identifying and assessing unsatisfied needs precisely. While it may leverage digital and technological advancements, such as smart villages, its core focus remains on addressing unmet social needs.

CLSI focuses on local community involvement and empowerment, with local actors cooperating to develop and implement new solutions to address specific local needs and challenges identified by the community itself.
