Having its headquarter in Kütahya, Zafer Development Agency was founded to plan and implement the spesific actions to foster economical and social development with a participatory approach in our Region, which covers Kütahya, Afyonkarahisar, Manisa and Uşak provinces. Being one of the 26 agencies coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, ZAFER acts for the purpose of accelerating regional development, ensuring its sustainability and minimizing inter-regional as well as in-region development disparities by increasing cooperation among public, private and civil society and mobilizing the local potential, in accordance with the principles and policies set forth in national plans and programs; such as resource efficiency, green deal approach and social justice. We also emphasize preparing EU funded projects and operational programmes and implementing them. 

Being aware of importance of both theoretical and practical frameworks, we would like to make advancement in our knowledge of inclusion and discover a deeper understanding of innovation for inclusion to be able to form stronger linkages between our career.
