On the 7th of March 2018, the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion organized the study visit to the winning organization in the category of Inclusive Employment: Time 4 your talent, led by Trendhuis.
Grup Fundació Ramon Noguera (Spain), Fundación a la PAR (Spain) and Acción contra el Hambre (Spain) travelled to Mechelen in Belgium to learn about about the best practice and the tools it developed to be able to scan people's talents through a talent scan, a talent interview and an in-depth questionnaire.
The project also developed a methodology for later talent development and meassurement so it can be validated. This practice showed lots of potential to be transfered and complement the other finalist practices.
This activity included a field visit to two organizations collaborating with Trendhuis where people could actually develop their identified talents and work on their validation.
It was a very inspirational exchange, where the common ground between participating organizations was clear and the potential for collaboration towards a more inclusive labour market was stablished.
