Our mission is to empower people to learn, live and work as social entrepreneurial citizens. We are specialized in enabling and equipping people with qualitative methods and tools, to foster genuine ethical leadership and participation in decision-making processes within the governance and management of social enterprises. We apply participatory action-research in the design of intercultural and intergenerational facilitation and training programmes for multisectoral organizations.
