ON December 15, 2023, CRLDS-Center for European Policy Studies for Regional and Local Development in cooperation with Vlora District Council, Vlora Municipality, Ismail Qemali University of Vlora as well as the European Academy of Regions will organize the "Conference: Green Transition and Digital in the countries of the Western Balkans". The role of regions and cities. Green Agenda for the Western Balkans", which will be organized in cooperation with the EU4GREEN project as part of the 5th Edition of the Western Balkans Forum for Regional and Local Economic Development.
The purpose of the Forum is to bring together researchers, academics, the private sector, civil society and policy makers from the Western Balkans in order to create knowledge exchange and discussion of issues surrounding regional and local development research and policies, to challenge models and existing discourses of regional and local economic development, to address current challenges and offer solutions for the better.
