Aim of the organization: 
Fundación Tomillo is a private non-profit, non-denominational and independent institution created in 1984 with the aim of contributing to social improvement and personal growth. Its action is focused on promoting academic success and professional and social integration for people at risk of social exclusion or socially excluded. In 2017, a team of 315 professionals - mostly teachers, pedagogues and psychologists- cared for 4.048 people.
Describe your areas of intervention: 
The Fundación’s social work focuses mainly in 3 intervention areas: - School & Community: Promoting success at school to young people in a difficult situation. In 2017, 5.239 children received educational support, and we helped 1.551 families in 142 schools - Training & Employment: Social and labour integration.1.321 young people received training on improving employability, and carried out internships in companies. 1.818 people received social-labour guidance - Social innovation and studies
