Aim of the organization:
Our role is to guide and support men and women who involuntarily lack access to the labour market, due to their illness or disability. The Actíva model, a method built upon the idea of supported employment, has been developed in close cooperation with the University of Örebro.
Describe your areas of intervention:
It´s our belief that diversity is enriching and beneficial for all workplaces. We want to influence attitudes at the workplace, in organisations and in schools. Spreading knowledge about disabilities can be a way to reach new customers and develop new products and services within the area.
