Professional advice to support people over 45 years-old socio-labour inclusion

The project Empowering Long-Term Unemployed (LTU) Older Workers through Coaching and Personal Brandingaimed to upskill career guidance professionals, providing them with tools and techniques for targeted and personalized training to empower LTU older workers (45+ years old) to (re)enter the labour market through neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), coaching and personal branding.

The project was led by Fundación Coremsa(Spain) and other European entities such as Action Against Hunger (Spain), Inova Consultancy (United Kingdom), Steps (Italy) and Knowl (Greece), the participating career advisors from  Action Against Hunger (Spain) created  video giving some recommendations to their fellow colleagues on how to empower 45 years-old participants based on their experience during the project.
